Omakai is a sushi restaurant located in the Wynwood district on Miami. If you want really good sushi, at an affordable price, this is it. Here was the menu:
The first time I went we had the Omakai Experience which is basically an Omakase. The second time, we did a la carte. Both times were excellent. The rice was perfect, and the fish was fresh, and full of fatty, melt in your mouth, flavor.
Omakai is not as pricey, and is a more casual place than some of the other places I have mentioned on this blog that deliver excellent sushi in Miami like Makoto or Nossa. Here is a vid of the dining room:

This place is really good and I highly recommend you check it out. Service is good. After, you can go check out the roof top at Astra which has very nice views of downtown Miami.
