Good food, good vibes, good drinks, good scene – Pachi Pachi – …and save some $

Pachi Pachi is a bar lounge located in Downtown Las Vegas that has a lot going for it. First, the vibes are good. The interior decor is very unique and elaborate. I don’t know how to quite describe it, but if I had to try, I would say neon Asian garden. Its a lively bar scene and if you want to party, you can do that here too.

I sat at the bar and ordered the wagyu old fashioned to start. It was unique and well executed. I could taste the beefy umami without it over powering the drink. It complimented the whisky very well.

I started with the fried deviled eggs. They come with 3 classic and 3 wasabi. The wasabi was just a hint and they were good overall.

The “famous” ghost noodles were amusing. The noodles are crisp with some chopsticks inserted in them to make them look like they are floating. You pour sauce to soften them and then kind of incorporate them into the rest of the softer noodles at the bottom of the bowl. They provide some texture to the dish. Yes, its a bit Instagram gimmicky, but the dish is also tasty. The sauce is delicious, with lots of umami, and balanced out with other flavors. You can add some protein; otherwise, it will just come with noodles and some veg. If this is your main meal, then I would definitely add the protein.

The star by far though was the HOKKAIDO BIRU BOMB BURGER. All the flavors came together on a perfectly soft bun. This may be the best smash burger I’ve had in Vegas.

They came with a side of chips that appeared to be hand cut and fried. The sauce was a sort of mix of ketchup and cocktail sauce. I appreciated the detail.

Overall, I liked this place a lot. The service was good, the vibes were good, and the food was incredible. I wasn’t expecting that. I would go back and highly recommend. The prices are very reasonable, especially compared to the Strip.
