Sorry not sorry – one of the best Ice Creams I’ve ever had

Sorry Not Sorry is an ice cream shop with a few locations around Vegas. I recently tried the cereal and milk flavor and it was one of the best ice creams I’ve ever had. Other in my group, who had different flavors, felt the same. I sampled the buttercake and it was also amazing.

The texture is a bit thicker than your average place, and the flavors are well balanced. Not too sweet. The flavors are also subtle yet delicious which makes you want to keep eating it. Good use of texture also. I kept thinking about this place so much that I went back a few days after and had the ube honeycomb. This was still delicious though not as good as the cereal.

I was expecting chunks of honeycomb but instead, it was more like honey drizzle. Still a solid flavor. I want to go back and try everything! I highly recommend this place or Paleta bar if you are craving ice cream.
