Uchi is a highly rated “non traditional take on Japanese food”. Unfortunately, while it was ok, there are better options for non-traditional Japanese food in Miami. For example, check out Nossa; there are others but I will post more about that later. The presentation was nice, but nothing blew me away. They did not even have blue fin tuna that day. This should be a staple on any high end tasting menu.

Overall, service was ok, but there are better alternatives if you want to be blown away by Japanese food in Miami; especially at this price point.
