Due to the pandemic, a lot of New Yorkers are moving to Miami and a lot of NYC restaurants are opening in Miami as a result. Carbone is one of them. Although I still haven’t been to the original one, I did enjoy the one in Vegas.
The one in Miami did not disappoint either. In fact, I enjoyed the food and atmosphere so much, I quickly made two more subsequent reservations shortly after the first. The vodka pasta is still delicious as I remember in Vegas, and I would say the scene and atmosphere is even better. The dining room has an elegant old school feel to it, and the crowd is buzzing, even during our later 10:30PM reservation.

Overall, the service in Miami was amazing. The food was amazing, the scene is amazing. What’s not to love about this place?
