Due to the grounding of the Boeing 737 MAX, many airlines have to lease planes in order to service certain routes. This review is about Air Canada flight AC2411 from Vancouver to Honolulu in economy, and HNL to YVR AC2410 in business class, on an Omni Air International 767.
On the outbound flight, I sat in the bulkhead row 17A. Leg room was quite good:
You should know that if you are in the window seat, the arm rest is attached to the window which reduces the width a little:
Also, while the bulkhead had fairly good leg room, it is a restroom, and thus, a high traffic seat. I did find the seat comfortable.
On the return we flew in business class. These were seats 4k and h. The bulkhead behind limited the recline.
Legroom was good:
A few people were upset about the plane, and saying that it was not a “real” business class. I felt it was ok. Overall, it was an interesting experience to fly on the Omni 767. I was perfectly happy in the economy bulkhead especially on the sides where its only two seats. Service was ok, they were Omni staff with 1 or 2 AC reps on board. As a side note, the best seat in Business Class are these ones in the middle:
The leg room is huge, but unfortunately, I don’t think you can book these seats. They are used for the flight attendants.
