Rollin Smoke is a BBQ restaurant with multiple locations throughout Vegas. I went to try the one on Highland Drive, close to the strip. The first thing that hit me when I walked in was the pleasant smell of BBQ. I ordered the 3 meat plate and choose burnt ends, ribs, and sliced brisket (you have to specify sliced or chopped).
For sides, I got collard greens and fried pickles.
You order at the counter, then they bring the food to you.
I love the huge selection of various sauces including house, sweet, Carolina vinegar, and spicy.
The fried pickles were crisp and very well seasoned. Highly addictive. They came with ranch and another Canjun style dip.
The collard greens were savory and provided the perfect compliment to each bite of meat. The burnt ends were well caramalized and delicious. The ribs were fall off the bone. The brisket was well smoked.
Overall, this is a good option for BBQ near the strip and I will be back and recommend.
