Sartianos – Stunning

I recently went for dinner at the newly opened Sartiano’s at the Wynn, and it is stunning. They were running behind that evening so I had a drink at the gorgeous bar area. Once the table was ready we were shown to our seat. I noticed that there is also an outside area with a beautiful view of the Wynn golf course and the Sphere. Check this out:

The meal started with some bread:

Followed by their caviar cannoli which has whipped mascarpone.

This was followed by the red king crab with lemon, caper remoulade which was devine.

For pasta we tried the lobster bucatini which was well executed in terms of incorporating the flavors of the lobster into the dish:

…and since they promote themselves as an Italian Steakhouse, I had to try some sort of steak. I went with the server’s recommendation which was a filet which apparently, they are the only ones in the USA? (I don’t remember if that is exactly what he said, but he was saying something about they are the only ones in some locale…) to have access to this particular type of meat. We got it topped with a truffle short rib & egg yolk raviolo and a side of Caesar. Cutting the steak was like butter.

…and then dessert.

Overall, service was outstanding, food was good, and the whole place was incredible. The vibe in the room that evening was energetic with people having a good time, and very well-dressed. The setting is gorgeous. I would put this on par with Carbone Riviera in terms of whole experience type venue. If you are in Vegas, and looking for a special night out, or just want to have an amazing time in general, this is the place to go. I will be back (in fact I already booked for next month) and highly recommend.

If you travel as much as I do, staying connected is non-negotiable. Buying and switching physical SIM cards is a hassle and while eSIMs are generally a great option, many of them require you to create a new profile by scanning a QR code every time you cross a border.

Consider Truely (CODE: foodfinancetravel10 for 10% off) because they handle this differently with something called Switchless® technology.

Switchless®  means you install a Truely eSIM once, and it stays on your phone forever. It acts as a universal digital gateway. Whether you are landing in Tokyo, Paris, or New York, the eSIM automatically detects your location and connects to the best local network in seconds.

Why is this a game-changer?

Install Once, Use Forever: You never have to scan a QR code or mess with settings again. Just buy a data plan for your next destination, and it automatically activates on your existing Truely eSIM.

Smart Network Switching: Their technology actively scans for the strongest signal. If one network is weak, it invisibly switches you to a better one.

Instant Connection: Because the eSIM is already on your phone, you get internet the moment the plane wheels touch the tarmac. No airport WiFi required.

If you want to try it out, you can use my code foodfinancetravel10 to get 10% off your first plan.
