The Guest House is a restaurant based in Town Square, which is an outdoor mall, in Vegas. The vibe here is amazing. It kind of reminds me of places in Miami like Mila. Nice interiors and good looking crowd. The meal started with a croissant type bread which was so moist and fluffy on the inside with a perfect delicate crisp exterior. It was delicous.

The first dish we ordered was the wagyu pastrami. The obvious benchmark for this dish is the one at Papi Steak. The difference is in the thickness of the meat. The Guest House version is a much larger portion and sliced thicker. Therefore, its more meaty and the marbling and flavors come through more. Its a very delicious dish.

Next, caviar and brioche. They served Petrossian caviar.
For the main, 40-day aged bone-in ribeye. The aging came through very nicely.
For sides, we had fries, perfectly crsip, and one of the best corn preps I’ve had recently – “sweet corn pudding”. For dinner, there are usually sides left over, but I finished all the corn. That’s how good it was.
The only thing that was average was the dessert. The tres leches cake was very moist, but the flavor was just ok.

Overall, service was incredible, food was really good and the whole setting was amazing. I love restaurants that can take you to a different place, and Guest House had me feeling like I was in Miami the whole time. I would go back and recommend.
