If you search for it, you might not find it because the Google results starts with some Chinese characters and then “Special Noodle”. This is too bad because this is one of the best Chinese restaurants I have been able to find so far in Vegas!

The interior is modern-ish, and clean. Service is quick and friendly. I like the fact that its open late, until 2AM everyday except Tuesday, and you order with the ipads at each table. Lets talk about the food. We started with cucumber salad. It was not the best I’ve had, this award goes to Chubby Skewer, which I will post about soon. However, it did its job which was to refresh the palate and provide some “healthy” aspect to the meal.

The next dish was the beef noodle. The noodles were hand pulled and perfectly cooked. Chewy and “meaty” not soft and mushy. The broth was a heavenly umami bomb and the beef was so tender.

Next was 2 types of XLB. One regular and one spicy. The pros: thin skin and LOTS of soup inside. The cons: not as flavorful as Xialong Dumplings, but they were still satisfying, and the variety of dishes here gives it an edge over others.

Another winning dish was the egg yolk fried chicken. If you are a fan of Irwin’s, you will love this dish. IYKYK.

The last thing we ordered was the pan fried soup dumplings. These were awesome. Full of soup, soft and pillowy on top with a perfectly delicate crunch browned bottom:

Overall, this place checks so many boxes: good service, clean, open late, variety, and wow taste. I would put this on my list of recurring visits and highly recommend.
