NADC started in Austin, TX, and I recently visited their pop up location in Vegas. I love their philosophy – “At NADC we offer one burger, one way. The burger consists of1/3lb Wagyu Beef, American Cheese, Secret Sauce, Onions, Pickles, and Slightly Tamed Jalapeños”. In general, I don’t like double patties, but this burger needs it to balance out the secret sauce, and other ingredients. Its delicious. The meat is so flavorful. The jalapenos are the perfect touch to cut all the richness. The sauce and cheese make each bite velvety and luscious. Its one of the few food items I can remember NOT facing diminishing returns. Each bite was JUST as amazing as the first and had my head spinning. Its a bit of a long wait after ordering, but that just means fresh to order.
The fries were very crunchy and well seasoned. The ketchup was chipotle. I hope they make this a permanent spot. Its amazing. I’d go back and highly recommend.

double patty messes with the proportions imo like if I wanted a mouth full of ground beef/beef, I would not opt for a burger snack. Since you are similar, but you are recc double for this experience, I take that seriously. Thank god no salad. A big wet piece of lettuce or unseeded tomatoes are the best way to ruin a burger. The only thing I wish you commented on was the milk shake
