Located in a food plaza in Las Vegas’s Chinatown is Double Zero. Recently awarded the 43rd best pizza in the USA. Double 00 is the prized Italian flour used in making Neapolitan pizza. Here’s the menu:
We started with the Caesar salad. It was pretty good with real anchovies. It was acid forward.
We also tried the Tokyo wings. The flavor was good, but not too bold like buffalo wings.
As for the pizza, it was good. We had the pepperoni. The “bread” was really good and well textured. The toppings and sauce were also really good. I wish it was more cheesy though. You can see in the vid below that we tried to make it stringy but couldn’t.
For dessert, the tiramisu which I would rate as good also.
Overall, service was good, friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was lively. The food was good and I would go back to try other pizzas on the menu like the Margherita.
