Wow Full Noodle House is a whole in the wall located in downtown Vancouver that offers Taiwanese food. I went for lunch recently and had a great meal. I got two classic Taiwanese dishes – beef noodle soup and fried chicken. If you don’t know about Taiwanese fried chicken, they are usually boneless, juicy, breaded umami bombs. The umami comes courtesy of five spice and sometimes fresh basil, though Wow doesn’t use the latter. Nevertheless, they were delicious, but would of been even better with the basil.

The beef noodle was equally good. The noodles weren’t over cooked, the broth was savory with just the right amount of heat, and the beef was fall apart tender. You can also choose your spice level.

Overall, this was a very satisfying lunch that I am still thinking about. In fact, I will go back today for lunch highly recommend if you are in the area. 505 Dunsmuir St, Vancouver, BC. Make sure you get a stamp card (its digital).
