Bjork Caviar is a small specialty shop located on main street in Las Vegas, close to downtown. In addition to selling caviar, they do very reasonably priced caviar tastings. I did the standard tasting. This involved 4 different caviars and then you can repeat one of your choice; whichever you liked the best.
In addition to the tasting, the gentleman who did the tasting started with a history of caviar and gave us a ton of info about each one.
There were some very unique ones we tried like one from Georgia (the country). We also learned a bit about the market, the process, and various other interesting caviar related info. Overall, it was a great time. I would return to buy caviar and also, would highly recommend if you are looking for something to do in Vegas (for about an hour) and are a fan of caviar. The area is also a great walking street with a lot of antique stores, cafes etc.
