If you are visiting Vegas, one of the best places to explore for Asian food is Spring Mountain. I recently wrote about a Katsu place, and here are three more options for you.
Hashi Ramen
Hashi ramen has a very small and focused menu. They basically do a ramen based broth, and according to the signs I saw in the store, they make their own noodles daily.

There is no gyoza or anything else. I had the miso ramen and it was good. Service was fast and friendly too. We went before noon and there was no wait.

O.Onigiri
This place serves Okinawa style onigiri. I tried 2 types: Unagi and Mentaiko.

I love spam and was pleased to see it featured in all the non-veg options. The mentaiko was my favorite. The combination of the spam, eggs and extremely savory fish roe mayo was delicious. Each one is pretty big and would be ok for sharing. It was a bit of a wait to get the items after ordering but I would definitely go back and try all the other options.

777 Korean Restaurant
This one is just off Spring Mountain. The mandu (Korean dumplings) were just ok but the bulgogi and galbi were good. We got the lunch combo which also came with a soup of your choice. They were very generous with the banchan, and you can ask for refills at anytime.
