Coming off a disappointing dinner at Lazy Betty, we ended our last night in Atlanta on a high note with dinner at Miller Union. Of the three dinners we had in Atlanta, this was one I had the least expectations for, but I ended up liking my main dish a lot. Here was the menu that night.
We started with the cornmeal fried oysters which were delicious.
…and also had the egg baked in celery cream, which the restaurant is famous for…it was good , but it did not blow we away.
For my main, I had the Georgia shrimp and rice grits. I really enjoyed the flavors of this dish and could not stop eating it. The broth was really good too.
We also had a side of the creamed corn.
…and some desserts.
Overall, service was ok and the food was good, especially my main. I would recommend this dish if its still on the menu, and would probably go back and try other items.
