After months of trying different Vietnamese restaurants in Vegas, I finally found one I would go back to – Pho Spot. Its not located near the strip or Chinatown (Spring Mountain). Here’s everything we ordered:

The banh mi is delicious because the chicken has a strong char grilled flavor. The bread for a bahn mi is usually made with rice flour and has a more crisp delicate crust and soft interior. This wasn’t perfect, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. The spring rolls were good and the pho was too. I went with the “choose 3” options and got tripe, rare beef and meatballs. The broth was delicious on its own but I added some spice anyway. The beef was seasoned which was a nice surprise. I’d go back as a neighborhood spot and recommend if you’re in the area.
