M25 is a butcher shop/chophouse restaurant located near the Carmel Market in Tel Aviv. Its on the 50 Best Discovery List too. The place is incredible! The vibe is indoor/outdoor lwith house music bumping in the background which adds to the exciting atmosphere.
Here is a look at the menu:

For certain cuts, you will have to go up to the display and select your meat.
We started with a green salad:

…and then had the smoked shwarma:

First, the pita was so fluffy and light. Not the typical cardboard-like, dry and flat kind I had been used to before coming to Israel. I found that in general, the pita in Israel was fluffy. Second, the meat was just melting in my mouth and the beef was one of the tastiest, and “beefiest” flavors I have ever had. I could not help but think to myself “this is what beef should taste like” with every bite.

Next, was the steak.

Perfectly cooked, perfectly tender, and perfectly seasoned. We ended the meal with the crack pie (not as good as momofuku) and some cocktails. They also gave us a shot of arak!

Overall, vibe, service and food were incredible. I would 100% go back and recommend this place – HIGHLY!
