THE ONE Place in Vegas You Have to Visit

If you are looking for a fun night out with your partner or a group of friends, including surprisingly delicious food and entertainment with a great atmosphere, then the Mayfair Supper Club is a must visit.

I cannot think of any downside to this place. The dining room has a luxurious/glamour feel to it. There is a party like atmosphere. There is constant entertainment. Here are some videos of the entertainment before we discuss food. Notice the wide variety of singing, dancing and acrobatics.

Now lets talk about the food. I mainly wanted to come here for the unique blend of entertainment, glamorous setting and drinks. Therefore, I was ready for average food. The food ended up blowing away my expectations. First we had some caviar which is always good. This was followed by a lobster club handroll. Usually, “fusion sushi” is not done well, but at this place, it was delicious. Lots of great textures and flavors.

For our main we had the wagyu prime rib carved tableside (this was the only pic I took of the food as it is very dark in the main dining room):

It was everything I want in a prime rib – tender, juicy, and well seasoned. The only thing I wish is that it was served with yorkshire pudding instead of bread rolls. It was VERY good nonetheless. For sides we ordered truffle pasta (good) and wagyu beef fried rice (bursting with umami and flavor).

I made our reservation at 10:30 so that we could catch a lot of the entertainment but I believe it runs even earlier and throughout the night. The place turns into “late night” mode at 11, but it seemed like most people left by then probably to go to the nightclubs.

Upon arrival there was a bit of a wait at the outside bar before we were seated in the main dining room. I believe the bar is first come first serve, but trust me, you will miss the point of this place if you JUST sit at the bar. Get a reservation in the dining room, enjoy the entertainment and food.

There is another venue which I would say could substitute for this called Delilah. We also went there and I will do a comparison post next time. For now, I cannot say enough good things about my night at the Mayfair Supper Club and will definitely be back!
