Day 2 in Amagiri started off with breakfast. As mentioned in my previous post, the food is all included, and its high quality stuff. Here is what you will be waking up to.

After breakfast it was time for some activities. First on the list was horseback riding. The scenery is breathtaking. The only drawback is that it is HOT!
After the horse ride we went back to the resort for lunch and then went boating on Lake Powell. It was incredible to learn about the lake and see all the houseboats there. Needless to say, the views are breathtaking. Between swimming and cruising on the lake, we stopped at an incredible secluded area down one of the tributaries to have the lunch that was packed by the resort (Aman is usually detailed oriented, but on this day, they forgot to pack utensils which the captain luckily had spares of) . I felt like I was in a real life Disney water attraction.
Back at the hotel, the day ended with dinner. Buffalo carpaccio and lamb.
