The U.S. experienced the opposite with daily new cases of 35,527. This was a record, and translates into 4.8% growth.

The data in the U.S. leads me to believe that officials will not be able to make a clear decision on re-opening the economy yet, and there is risk that the market has risen too fast in expectation of a sooner re-opening.
