Cotton & Rye is a highly rated Savannah restaurant serving Southern Food. We started with the “award winning” wings which were just ok. Just like all the other food to come. Nothing was bad, but nothing was amazing either.
Overall, the dining room and service were good, but the food was just ok. I would not return.
