Chotto Matte is a Peruvian Japanese restaurant with various locations around the world. Just like many other places in Miami, the interior is modern and the dining scene is party like. We had the omakase. Here are some, but not all the pics.
The service and food was pretty good. I would probably go back for another visit. On this occasion, business and getting to know people was the primary focus so I would have to go back and focus on the food more to know for sure.
