We started with some Korean rice wine – Cheon Bi Hyang.  It is a Yakju which we enjoyed.

The meal started with some delicious amuse of fried seaweed and other bites.

Overall, this was a good meal.  Service was excellent.  Every dish was prepared with very subtle and delicate flavors.  Nothing was too bold.  I wanted to experience a Michelin Starred Korean meal while in Seoul, and while this was really good, I feel like Seoul has so many great places to eat both on the street, in food halls, and non-Michelin starred places.  Therefore, I would recommend this for the experience, but would not return.
